Dylan Findley
With music that “sweeps us away with its energy and liveliness,” (AM:Plified Magazin, Germany), Dylan Findley (b. 1991) writes music as a sacred act of expressing truths through emotion, intellect, and embodied physicality. As such, he enjoys the interplay between symbolism, perception of musical space and time, the exploration of interesting sounds, and the occasional wit and “light-hearted banter” (PAN M 360, Canada). For this reason, Dylan’s work spans from loosely structured improvisations to complex and meticulous allegorical works, even “from chaos to stability, from decimation to integration. . . an unforgettable experience” (Fanfare Magazine).
When not musicking, Dylan enjoys meaningful time with family and friends, experiments with video making, seeks out international cuisine (for better or for worse…), does genealogical research, and seeks to make the world a kinder place.
